Position Overview
Matthew Sanscrainte Hospitality Group (MSHG) is seeking a highly sophisticated, exceptionally organized, and relentlessly driven Executive Administrative Assistant to the CEO. This role is not a traditional administrative position—it is a strategic right-hand role supporting the CEO in high-level operations, distressed asset engagements, executive meetings, and national travel initiatives.

You will be embedded in the heartbeat of MSHG’s operations, directly supporting a CEO who leads large-scale hotel turnarounds and national portfolio engagements.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
• Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, scheduling, and daily priorities across multiple time zones
• Coordinate high-level meetings with ownership groups, investors, and senior leadership teams
• Prepare executive briefings, presentations, and operational reports
• Draft professional correspondence, contracts, and internal communications on behalf of the CEO
• Act as a gatekeeper—prioritizing and managing incoming communications with precision
Travel & Logistics (70% Travel)
• Travel extensively with the CEO to hotel properties, corporate meetings, and client engagements nationwide
• Coordinate all travel logistics including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries
• Ensure seamless execution of on-site visits, including meeting prep and follow-up documentation
• Be physically present during property assessments, executive walkthroughs, and operational reviews
Operational & Strategic Coordination
• Assist in executing MSHG’s 90-day turnaround strategies at distressed hotel properties
• Track key performance initiatives, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple properties
• Liaise between departments, ownership groups, and on-site leadership teams
• Maintain strict organization of documents, SOPs, contracts, and operational frameworks
Confidentiality & Executive Presence
• Handle highly sensitive business, legal, and financial information with absolute discretion
• Represent the CEO and MSHG brand with professionalism and authority in all environments
• Maintain composure and efficiency in high-stakes and rapidly evolving situations
Requirements
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field preferred
• 3–7+ years of experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership
• Hospitality industry experience strongly preferred (hotel operations knowledge is a major advantage)
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills—must be detail-obsessed
• Ability to travel up to 70% of the time without restriction
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive-level professionalism
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling platforms, and document management systems
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and execute under pressure in fast-paced environments
